Privacy Policy

The short version

Kentucky Paycheck Calculator is built to be private. Everything you type into the calculator — your pay, filing status, deductions, and location — is processed entirely inside your own browser. Those values are never transmitted to, logged by, or stored on our servers.

Information you enter into the calculator

Your inputs stay on your device. The math runs in client-side JavaScript, so we never see your salary or withholding details and cannot associate them with you.

We do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email, or any other identifying information to use the tool.

Analytics

We may use a privacy-respecting analytics tool (such as Google Analytics 4) to understand aggregate, anonymous usage — for example, which pages are visited and on what device type. This data is not tied to your calculator inputs and is not used to identify you.

Analytics may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can block these with your browser settings or a content blocker without losing access to the calculator.

Advertising

This site may display ads served by third parties such as Google AdSense. Ad partners may use cookies to measure performance and, where permitted, to personalize ads. Google's use of advertising cookies is described in its own policies at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
